Apply a dime-sized amount over a wet face and neck, then massage for 20+ seconds to break down makeup molecules and pollutants. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Now your pores are thoroughly purged. If you regularly wear heavy makeup, we recommend preceding with a cleansing oil. Can be used daily in the AM or PM.

Apply to clean, moist skin, then massage until you feel all the goodness seeping in. Leave on for 3 minutes, before rinsing off with lukewarm water. We recommend starting out 2 to 3 times per week, then working your way up if you need more exfoliation. Reduce to once a week when you've reached the desired results.
