New Year, new skincare resolutions.

One of the benefits of a new year (besides the fireworks), is that you can reset your mindset with new goals, new resolutions, and new habits. If you’re anything like us, some of your resolutions may include the mantra, ‘new me, new skincare.’ To make your dream complexion goals a little easier to reach, we’ve compiled some of the best skincare hacks in the business for you to try at home. Let’s make 2022 our best *skin* year yet!

What’s impacting your skin concerns the most?

  • Sleep deprivation
  • We’ve all been told to get enough sleep, but sometimes it feels like the more we try, the harder it gets to get a good night's rest. When we don’t reach our sleeping sweet-spot every night, our skin can suffer for it—and we’re not just talking about those pesky under eye circles. Not only can our collagen production deplete, but our skins’ natural immune response and skin barrier may become compromised.

    How to improve your sleep cycle:

    • Unwind from 9pm onwards with a relaxing nighttime routine

Eating your greens has overwhelming benefits for your mind and body; and there are so many delicious ways to eat them! Accompany those leafy greens with other brightly coloured fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, pulses and legumes, and healthy fats containing omega 3 and 6.   • Lack of physical activity
  • While the world was in what felt like a never-ending lockdown, a lot of us found it difficult to get our exercise in, which may still be a problem.
